Regardless of your insurance carrier, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm benefits before attending any appointments.
Most out of state insurance plans provide coverage for out of state providers, however this varies across plans. If your coverage is through a state outside of IL or MI, please confirm this detail with your insurance company prior to sessions.
Insurance can be confusing and challenging to navigate. We can support you in understanding your benefits and provide guidance on checking and using them.
In-Network
We are in network with United Health Care/Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Plans, and Lyra.
Self Pay
If you do not have insurance or don’t want to use it, we also accept self pay. Rates vary by provider’s level of education, session type, and length of session. Ranges considering these factors are included below:

Masters Level Psychotherapist: $190

Out-of-Network Benefits
Some insurance plans allow you to see therapists who aren't 'in-network.' Call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy. If you have these benefits, you'll pay for sessions upfront, and we'll give you documentation at the end of the month to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Your insurance may cover part or all of the cost, depending on your plan.
